| Comment | Sample is pale yellowish brown devitrified moderately welded tuff with common pumice to 30/3 mm, pale red spherulitic to moderate yellowish brown. Feldspar phenocrysts are common and scarce mafics are mostly very dark green equant clinopyroxene and lesser black olivine. Lithics to 11 mm are scarce to common; one lithic contains large bronze biotite. |
