Comment	West Humboldt Range, Churchill County, Nevada [Top of ridge, approx. C S1/2, SE 1/4 Sec 36, T24N, R29E, about 2 km N80W of Hill 5576 of Reno 2 degree sheet]. Flow foliated euhedral sanidine, phenocryst poor rhyolite flow (?) 15-20 m thick forming N-S spine of ridge. No pyroclastic texture observed, but by analogy to other similar lineated outcrops of the Nine Hill Tuff in the Virginia Range (VR2, VR5), Pah Rah Range (PR section), and other areas especially near Carson city, further examination may prove this to be remobilized Nine Hill Tuff.
