Abstract
Modal and major-element chemical analyses are presented for granitic rocks from the Triple Divide Peak 15-minute Quadrangle, Fresno and Tulare counties, California. Chemical analyses are integrated over the quadrangle to estimate the average granitic rock composition. The origin of this average granitic rock is explored by modeling of crystallization-differentiation.
